Island Tiki Huts' own custom designed Balinese garden house. Each house is custom built in South East Asia by our partners. The kits are then carefully packaged and sent to our warehouse in Florida. At this point the kits can ONLY be installed by our team of builders. The structure goes up in about 4 hours, but count on an extra day if you need a slab or anchors (required in Florida) and for the roofing depending on whether you choose traditional palm fronds or canvas.

The Balinese house is built from BINGKIRAI wood, a hardwood found in Borneo which has many of the long-lasting outdoor qualities of TEAK. The wood is naturally insect resistant and is NOT a protected or endangered specie.

The construction uses strong wood to wood hand craved joints. Almost no metal hardware is apparent. All hardware used is weather resistant powder coated steel or brass. The flooring is made from solid tongue and groove planks and all corners are mitered.

The Balinese houses start at $9,300 installed - roofing, curtains and upholstery are custom and are billed additionally.
