STEP 1	CONSULTATION
	Site designer will come to your home or resort DESIGN STYLE What atmosphere do want you to create? What is the purpose of your Tiki hut? Entertaining? Relaxing? Hot Tub? What shape do you like? What style? Do you want to integrate water features? Spa? ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS How do you want to integrate your Tiki hut in your current landscape? How does it fit with the current structures? Your house? Your pool? Are there any building constraints? Local codes? Sewer? Electrical? Irrigation? BUDGET CONSTRAINTS How much Tiki can you afford? We will work with you to determine approximate costs based on designs.
STEP 2	PLAN APPROVAL
	ITH will present you with site plans and 3-D renderings for you approval. You will be required to sign your contract and provide a deposit based on the agreed payment schedule
STEP 3	GROUND BREAKING
	ITH Framing team will build up your new hut in an average of less than 10 days
STEP 4	THATCHING, DECKING AND ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING
	Special requirements such as integrated barbecues, audio/visual systems, internet access, refrigeration systems will concurrently be pre-wired and installed.
STEP 5	LANDSCAPING
	Our landscape design team will install your customized tropical garden to complete the site layout.
STEP 6	DECORATING
	Curtains, masks, antiques, furniture, and lighting will all be placed to set the mood and finalize your hut/ home integration
STEP 7	TIKI INAUGURATION PARTY
	Your fully catered party for friends and family will be remembered and most likely repeated for years to come. Few can leave your new outdoor lounge party without asking who built and designed it. We recommend you keep it a secret initially to keep them wondering, although we pride ourselves in most of our business being word of mouth. Referrals are greatly appreciated.
